Sending Us Your Pre-Designed Files
 
If you are submitting your own print ready files,
we can accept the following formats.

PDF, CDR, EPS, PS, PSD, TIF, and JPG.

• Resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
• Color mode must be set to CMYK, 8 bit color.
• Gradients must not be set below 20%
• Bleeds must be 1/8 inch on each edge.
• Borders must be at least 1/4 inch.
• Fonts must be outlined.
• Text must be at least 1/8 inch inside of the cut line on all sides.
• Flatten all layers.
We can also accept native
Files from the following programs:

Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) (recommended)
Corel Draw (CDR) (recommended)
Adobe Illustrator(.ai or .eps) (recommended)
Adobe Photoshop Image (.psd)
Adobe InDesign (.1ndd)
Microsoft Publisher (.pub)
 
We may be able to accept:

PostScript File (.ps)
Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg, or .svgz)
Bitmap Image (.bmp)
GIF Image (.gif)
JPEG Image (.jpg, or .jpeg)
 
The maximum file size you can email to us is 5MB. However, we suggest using the smallest file size possible (while still maintaining image quality) to increase upload speed and to reduce the chance of errors during upload.
For files larger than 5MB. please call to arrange FTP upload.
Resolution
Your images and designs should be saved to 300 DPI at 100% of the dimensions at which they will print to ensure high quality printing results.

Color
We use industry an standard CMYK 4-color digital printing standard. If your job is very colour specific, we suggest seeing a colour proof before entire print run is done.

IMPORTANT STUFF: WATCH YOUR FONTS:
All type (fonts) must be converted to outlines (paths).

PROOFING
By the time your job come to us, it should be in its final form: Design should be finalized and copy should be proofread and approved. We will not take any responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part.
